Fragments of humid memories and warm moments. Summer 2023 was hot and humid as always. With little more than a year left in Kyoto, I began to cherish each sunny day, wandering through familiar streets and landscapes while trying to hold on to their fleeting moments. One sudden sunshower brought back memories of summer—the lush greenery, towering rain clouds, and fireworks along the Kamo River. Through photographs and text, I captured these warm and humid fragments of memory.
